We continuously expand our coverage.
We offer three routes based on your store type:

1) Salla stores:
1) Install the TM4 app from the Salla App Store.
2) Submit an integration request inside the app.
3) Once approved and activated by our team, you can create shipments and print the shipping label from your dashboard.

2) Zid stores:
1) Enable the TM4 integration from the Zid App Marketplace.
2) Submit the request within Zid.
3) After activation, shipping services and label issuance will appear in your Zid dashboard.

3) Other stores (WooCommerce, Shopify, and more):

Yes. Enter the shipment number on the Track Your Shipment page to follow status and location updates.
We use an electronic shipping label that is generated automatically when you create a shipment. You can print it directly from the dashboard.
If the total weight is 15 kg or less (actual or volumetric), it ships as one box with one label. If it exceeds 15 kg, it is split into two boxes and two labels are issued.
Yes, through your dedicated account manager, who will coordinate with operations to update the address when possible.
Yes, we provide in city shipping and intercity shipping within our coverage.
Yes. We provide door to door service: we pick up from the merchant and deliver to the customer address.
Currently, no. Our services are domestic within Saudi Arabia.

Yes, provided they are packaged securely using approved containers to ensure safety during transport.
The maximum is two boxes per shipment, based on operational and safety policy.
Yes. We provide insurance coverage up to SAR 375 per shipment. Please contact us for detailed terms.
We currently do not offer two hour delivery, and we do not deliver food or restaurant orders.
Yes. Refrigerated shipping with a stable range of 2 to 6°C suitable for sensitive products.
Yes. We provide storage, picking, packaging to prepare shipments professionally.
Minimum is 5 grams, maximum is 30 kg per shipment.
Yes. Cash on delivery is available with a small fee of SAR 3 per transaction. We also support card payment.
Pricing is agreed in advance and depends on factors such as shipment weight and size, destination city, and service type. Request a quote via the dedicated page.
During business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with prior scheduling.
Yes. Returns are available if delivery fails, and the cost is the same as the delivery fee.
We investigate and resolve the issue promptly. TM4 covers damages according to the approved insurance terms and policies.
Within the same city: same day delivery.
Between cities: from 3 business days.
From 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, every day.
Yes. Comprehensive exportable reports are available in the dashboard (payments, inventory, shipment logs).
After store approval, orders are sent automatically through the system with no manual intervention.
Settlements are handled through a direct agreement between the store and TM4 (transfer schedule and financial details are defined in the service contract).
