We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access in case of a breach of these terms or suspected activity.

We provide intra-city and intercity shipping, warehousing and fulfillment services, business solutions, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

Shipment information must be accurate and complete, including weight, dimensions, contents, and correct addresses.
Shipments that violate local regulations or contain prohibited items will be rejected.
Delivery times may vary depending on the city, service type, and operational circumstances.

Prices are determined based on the service, weight or volume, distance, and any additional services.
Payment is available via bank transfer, online payment gateways, or Cash on Delivery (where available).
For Cash on Delivery, an additional service fee applies, and settlements are processed periodically with the merchant.

The sender must package shipments in a way that protects them during transit. We are not responsible for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

We are not liable for any indirect damages or loss of profits.
Where liability is established, our liability is limited to a maximum amount not exceeding the shipping fee value, or a financial limit stated in business contracts.
Force majeure and exceptional circumstances may affect timeline commitments.

Shipping hazardous, illegal, counterfeit items, or any content prohibited under applicable laws and regulations is not allowed.

All elements of the website and TM4 brand identity are protected marks and materials. They may not be used without prior written permission.
